Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' knowledge. She has served as a thought partner helping to translate business and people strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management.
